    The media and social networking are inextricably linked to one another. The media are the channels through which we take in information, news, entertainment, and other forms of content (Valkenburg ,2022). In contrast, social networking sites are the platforms through which we share content and engage in conversation with other individuals. The public aspect of our lives is represented by social networking, which enables us to share our thoughts, feelings, and experiences with friends, family members, and even strangers. In addition, it allows us to maintain our connections with the rest of the world, be current on the news, and follow the lives of our favorite celebrities and influential people. I am actively active on several social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I use these platforms to maintain connections with my family and friends, remain current on the latest news and events, and learn about new hobbies and pastimes. I use Instagram and Twitter to keep up with my favorite celebrities and influencers, to find out what's hot in different parts of the world, and to interact with other users about essential topics. I also use Facebook to keep in touch with my friends, learn more about activities in my area, and keep up with current events and news. Depending on the platform, I visit each of these websites rather frequently. Instagram and Twitter are two social media platforms that I use multiple times daily, although Facebook is used only seldom. Utilizing these sites gives me the impression that I am linked to people all over the globe. It enables me to keep up with current events, connect with other people who share my interests, and communicate with my family and friends about my ideas and experiences. Aside from that, it enables me to be up on current events and news, to voice my opinion on many issues, and to maintain connections with the celebrities and influencers whose work I admire the most. In general, utilizing social media enables me to express myself, interact with others, and stay informed about current events. In addition, it enables me to maintain my connection to the outside world and to maintain my awareness of current affairs, events, and issues of particular interest to me. In the end, utilizing social media helps me feel connected to others and gives me more power. It also enables me to remain educated and engaged with the world.

          When it comes to social media, my do's and don'ts are not complicated. My do's are I like to keep track of how long I spend on it, I go on to laugh, I check the different group chats I'm in and crack jokes with friends. Sometimes we get into heated arguments about sports or a problem we might have with each other so I sometimes play the instigator role or peacemaker. I also like to post on my story on instagram, funny memes or post the beats that I make but I am quick to delete after realizing it's not funny anymore or I don't like it.
